CHILDREN’S CLASSES

Dance Wise offers the best tuition with a range of structured classes from absolute beginner to competition level. Exams are with the ISTD and IDTA and pupils are encouraged to enter competitions which are fun and exciting. Children’s ballroom & latin classes range from ages four to sixteen.

Ballroom & Latin (4 to 7 yrs)

Children this age work towards the Rosette set of exams and learn the fundamentals of Ballroom & Latin Dance.

They will be given the opportunity in progress through examinations & competittions.

Ballroom & Latin (8 to 16yrs)

Children starting at this age commence with Social Dance Awards progressing onto to Pre Bronze, one dance medal awards and Bronze.  They will be given the opportunity in progress through examinations & competittions.

Competitive Training

(Medalist & Open Circuit)

As chidlren progress through their exams they will be encouraged to enter local and area competitions that will lead them to represent their school and South East of England area in Ballroom & latin national & Nationwide events.   When the time is right they will be encouraged to competed in major open events including both 'Stars of the Future' and 'Champions of Tomorrow' along with EADA chart rated events leading to national selection.
