ADULT CLASSES

 

Rock & Roll is an infectious rhythm popular for all ages. The rhythm creates a fun and enjoyable body movement. Turns and foot movement, combined with a relaxed style are created by this rhythmic dance.

The dance has many forms. When no regular foot pattern is used many people call it Le Roc. Many "natural" dancers use this form of Rock'n'Roll

For social dancers we teach a simple single step foot movement known as Rock Basic
